Please scroll down to the bottom of this page to register for classes.  You will click on the register or wait list button by the class day and time of your choice.  This will direct you to our registration page.  Below you will find descriptions of the classes we offer.  This will help you determine the appropriate class for your child.  Feel free to call or email us with any questions you may have.

Our Starlets class is a parent participation class.  This class is designed for children 18 months to 3 years old.  The class will teach basic gymnastics skills as well as correct terminology. Children will work basic skills and positions on floor, bars, balance beam and tumble track.

Our Little Dippers class is a beginner level 3-4 year old class.  Children will learn basic gymnastics skills using proper technique and terminology.  Children will work predominantly on bars, beam and floor while adding tumble track periodically.

Our Big Dippers class is an intermediate level 3-4 year old class.  Once a child has mastered the necessary skills, terminology and listening skills required in Little Dippers, his/her instructor will move the child into this class.  Participants will build on the skills learned in the Little Dippers class.

Our Mighty Mites class is an advanced level 3-4 year old class.  Students who have mastered the skills necessary in Big Dippers will be moved into this class.  The class will continue to build on basic skills while introducing more difficult ones as well.

This class is beginner level class for boys and girls ages 5-6 years.  The class will focus on basic skills, correct technique and correct terminology.  Children will learn skills on vault, bars, beam, floor and tumble track.

This class is for boys ages 6 years and over.  The class will focus on basic skills, correct terminology and correct technique.  Boys will be introduced to the boys' events (rings, pommel horse, high bar and parallel bars) in this class.  Boys will also continue to work on floor, vault and tumble track as well.

This is a beginner level class for girls ages 6 years and over.  The class will focus on basic skills, correct terminology and correct technique on vault, bars, beam, floor and tumble track.

These are intermediate and advanced level classes for girls ages 6 years and over.  Girls will continue to build on the foundation of basic skills learned in previous classes.  Girls will be moved into these levels upon instructor evaluation and mastery of previous levels.

Carolina Stars offers tumbling classes for those interested in working floor skills only.  This class includes tumbling skills, drills and conditioning.  Students will work from basics such as cartwheels and round-offs through more advanced skills such as back handsprings and connected tumbling passes.  Our junior tumbling class is for students 5-9 years old while our tumbling class is for students 10 years and older.
