Gymnastics Classes & teams

Carolina Stars offers preschool gymnastics classes for children 18 months-4 years old. Participants will begin with basic level skills on bars, beam and floor.  Correct technique and terminology are the focus of this class.  Intermediate and advanced classes are also available.

Carolina Stars offers gymnastics classes for beginner through advanced levels for boys and girls ages 5 years and over. Participants begin with basic skills and focus on learning correct technique and terminology.  Children will build on these basic level skills in intermediate and advanced classes.

Carolina Stars offers tumbling classes for those interested in working tumbling (floor) skills only.  This class is for children 10 years and over.  This class is for beginner through advanced levels and focuses on learning correct technique and progressions leading to advanced level skills.

Carolina Stars offers competitive team options for girls including beginner through advanced levels.  We participate in the Xcel program as well as the Development program.  Please contact our office for more details.

Carolina Stars offers free trial classes for those who are new to our gym.  Please go to our classes page, complete the registration form and enter "FREE TRIAL" in the comments section.  We will then confirm the day and time of your free trial class!
