General information

Carolina Stars is a year round facility!

(We run classes and team programs throughout the entire year!)

YOU ARE ENROLLED IN CLASS UNLESS YOU TELL US OTHERWISE.

All drops must be in writing.  Drop slips must be submitted by the 15th of the current month to avoid charges for the next month.  (Drop notices may also be emailed to carolinastarsgymnastics@yahoo.com.) 

Make ups must be scheduled in advance through the office.  All recreational students are allowed to make up one missed class per month.  (There are no make ups for preteam/team members.) Make up classes will expire two months after the recorded absence. Make up classes are reserved for current students only.

All students must have a current and active credit card on file.  Cash payments must be received by the 20th of the current month to avoid having your credit card charged for the next month's tuition.  All balances will be charged to the card on file.  (We do not accept check payments.)

A late fee of $25 will be applied to all accounts with an open balance as of the 1st of the month.

Students should wear a leotard with no skirt or a t-shirt and shorts.  All shirts must be fitted or tucked in.  For safety reasons, we do not allow midriff showing attire, skirts, socks or fitted tights.  Please remove jewelry before class.  Stud earrings are acceptable.  Hair must be pulled back during class time.  Students should wait at the designated door to be called into class.  Only gymnastics participants are allowed into the preschool and big gyms.

Carolina Stars is conveniently located off of Pleasant Road near I-77, Carowinds Boulevard and Gold Hill Road.
