Parents' Night Out / Saturday, December 14
Carolina Stars offers Parents' Night Out (PNO) one Saturday per month from 5:30-9:30pm. Activities include gymnastics, games, 2 (full) slices of pizza and a movie!! Join us for this fantastic event! PNO is available for children 3 years and over. The cost is $25 for the first child and $20 for siblings (advanced registration). Day of registration is $45 for the first child and $40 for siblings. Current students please register through your parent portal. New students click on the registration button below. You will be directed to our events calendar. Click on the PNO date on the calendar in order to complete the registration. You will be charged for PNO upon registration. Please contact the office if you have a PNO pass.
Birthday Parties
Birthday parties are offered Saturday and Sunday afternoons for children 5 years and over. Parties are 1.5 hours and include one hour in the gym and 30 minutes in our party room. Parties are $200 (for up to 12 participants) and require a $50 deposit to reserve your day and time. Please contact our office to reserve your day and time!
Open Gym and Monday Playtime
Carolina Stars offers open gym for children 6 years and over. This is a supervised, unstructured workout time for children to practice skills throughout the gym. Open gym is on Fridays from 7-9pm. The cost is $10 for current students and $15 for non students. (Please bring cash as our minimum credit card charge is $20.) ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE A WAIVER ON FILE IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE. Waivers must be updated each fall. You may complete a digital waiver at our facility or print and complete the waiver found on the information link.
Carolina Stars no longer offers adult only open gym. Anyone ages 6 years and over is welcome to participate in Friday night open gym from 7-9pm.
Carolina Stars offers Monday playtime for our younger students (walking up to 5 years old). This is a supervised, unstructured time for our younger students to explore and play in the gym. Playtime is on Mondays from 11:00am-12:30pm. The cost is $10 per child. (Please bring cash as our minimum credit card charge is $20.) ALL STUDENTS MUST HAVE A WAIVER ON FILE IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE. We will be updating our system to have digital waivers. You may either complete the digital waiver upon arrival or print and complete the waiver found on our information link. Playtime is for children only. For safety reasons, we ask that parents please remain off of the equipment. Many of our equipment items are rated for 50 lbs or less and may be damaged by parental use. Please help us keep all of our equipment in safe, working order by assisting your children only.

Back handspring clinic
The clinic is designed to work on tumbling. Students will work skills and drills leading to back handsprings and additional tumbling. The cost is $40 ($35 for current students.) We reserve the right to cancel with insufficient enrollment. ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND NONTRANSFERABLE.
